Non-Academic Room Booking Requests

Welcome to the University of Guelph Non-Academic Room Bookings Portal!

 

Please Read Prior to Continuing with the Room Booking Portal

 

Room bookings requests may be submitted for review and will be approved in the order of submission. Academic requests can be directed to courschd@uoguelph.ca. For all other room bookings, please see below.

Requests not containing the required information may be returned and may result in the request not being processed. Student Clubs/Organizations must have submitted an SE&RM form before requesting a room. Booking requests will remain pending until we receive confirmation of an approved SE&RM form. Clubs not accredited through CSA/GryphLife MUST include a department chair or administrator on all correspondences for their requests to be processed.

 

We require a minimum of 3 business days to process a room booking, late requests cannot be accommodated at this time. Bookings are done on a semesterly basis and we cannot confirm bookings for space during the academic day until the add period for the given semester has closed. Refer to the Schedule of Dates for the last day to add courses.
